ROBERT FIDEL

Robert serves as an Associate in the M&A Professional Group. In this role, Robert supports client engagements during pre-signing, closing and post-closing periods. Robert also supervises document management for all transactions, facilitates the closing process and ensures compliance of post-closing deal obligations.

Prior to joining Fortis Advisors, Robert was with The UPS Store for over 10 years as a transactional and intellectual property paralegal.  At UPS, Robert evaluated complex legal and business contracts to ensure adherence with performance guidelines and compliance standards. He also evaluated marketing materials and intellectual property matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate guidelines. Robert earned distinction as Department Coordinator on a number of UPS’ National Conventions.

Robert completed his paralegal certificate at Southwest College.
