KIMBERLY OCAMPO

Kimberly (Kim) Ocampo serves as the Senior Director of the Accounting & Tax Group at Fortis Advisors. In this role, Kim manages post-closing purchase price and working capital adjustments, as well as any post-closing financial and accounting issues and disputes.

Prior to joining Fortis, Kim held a management leadership position at SAIC as the Manager of Technical & Transaction Accounting.  While specializing in M&A, Kim has worked on all phases of transaction execution, from due diligence through integration and divestiture activities. Kim led the accounting, financial reporting and working capital analyses for the Company’s acquisitions and served as the lead coordinator of all corporate finance M&A due diligence and integration activities.

Her previous experience also includes a combined total of 10 years working in public accounting while in various roles as a Manager for Transaction Advisory Services with Ernst & Young, a Senior Lead Auditor with Deloitte and Accounting & Tax staff at local CPA firms.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego and is an active CPA in the state of California.
