DEBBIE BRADLEY

Debbie serves as an Associate Director in the Transaction Management Group at Fortis Advisors. In this role, Debbie assists seller companies and counsel during the pre-signing and pre-closing periods to review and finalize transaction documents and facilitate the closing process. During the post-closing period, Debbie ensures compliance with deal obligations.  Debbie’s work is focused on collaborating with clients, counsel and other involved parties to provide timely and effective transaction services.

Prior to joining Fortis Advisors, Debbie worked in the Banking, Real Estate and Finance Departments of Paul Hastings in Atlanta and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (formerly Klett Lieber Rooney & Schorling) in Pittsburgh.

Debbie earned her J.D. from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Law Review. She also obtained a B.A. in Economics from The University of Michigan where she graduated cum laude.
