CLINT CALLAHAN

Clint Callahan serves as an Associate in the Transaction Management Group at Fortis Advisors.  In this role, Clint supports client engagements during pre-signing, closing and post-closing periods. Clint also supervises document management for all transactions, facilitates the closing process and ensures compliance of post-closing deal obligations.

Prior to joining Fortis Advisors, Clint worked for Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) for 14 years.  He held several positions at SNC, including Manager I Legal Operations.  Clint managed the corporate books, policies and records for SNC, and worked with counsel on merger and acquisition due diligence, document preparation and post-closing integration activities.

Clint earned a J.D. from California Western School of Law.  He also received a B.A. from San Diego State University, where he specialized in Psychology.
