ADAM LEZACK

Mr. Lezack is a Co-Founder of Fortis Advisors (acquired by PNC Bank in 2018).  Mr. Lezack currently co-leads the management of the business and has served as Managing Director since 2011.

Following the acquisition by PNC Bank, Mr. Lezack led the build-out and commercialization of PNC’s M&A Escrow and Payment Solutions Group, where he served as the Managing Director.  Prior to founding Fortis Advisors, Mr. Lezack was a Corporate Attorney at DLA Piper. 

Mr. Lezack is a member of the board of directors of Beta Bionics.  Mr. Lezack has previously served as a board member of the San Diego Chapter of the JDRF (now Breakthrough T1D).  

He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law and his Master of Laws from the University of San Diego School of Law.
